Three Key Points to Note When Debugging YKK High-Voltage Motors

Using YKK high-voltage motor equipment can effectively reduce its inrush current and operating current. During the transmission of electricity, it can also lower the power load it represents on the grid.

1. Leakage detection of high-voltage lightning arresters must not be conducted privately. The voltage data of the tested YKK high-voltage motor must be executed in accordance with the requirements of the cargo specifications.

2. The measurement of the DC resistance of the YKK high-voltage three phase motor adopts the method of connecting robust measuring electrodes to the motor electrodes, ensuring data stability and reducing measurement errors during testing.

3. The essence of high-voltage motor testing is as follows: the ground wire must be securely connected, and dedicated personnel should be stationed at both ends of the test cable during the process to ensure test safety. During the test, it is advisable to use safety barrier tapes to cordon off the differential barrier area, preventing personnel from entering the test barrier zone. After a successful test, since the poles of the high-voltage cable remain charged, both ends should be grounded and discharged to avoid unsafe factors such as residual high-voltage storage.
